Kegs and related artefacts

Sub-sub-series consists of a 10L and a 20L Granville Island Brewing mini-keg and related items, including a tap, mallet and caps. GIB first started offering draft Island Lager in a take home mini keg or 'Party Keg' in May 1986. The kegs came in 10L, 15L and 20L sizes. Larger kegs were also made available to licensees and pubs beginning in May 1986.

Diamond Club Executive

Sub-sub-series consists of records relating to Bill Stewart's participation on the Board of Directors for the Jack and Sadie Diamond University Club at Simon Fraser University and includes correspondence with board members and the university community; AGM agendas and meeting minutes from the Board of Directors and House Committee; balance sheets and budget planning; pricing proposals; Treasurer's reports; membership policies and a members questionnaire. Records include correspondence, agendas and minutes, financial statements, reports and statistics.

Student film production records

Series consists of case files for individual films; includes textual records related to the director's comments on post-production tasks such as film processing, editing, splicing and the addition of sound and/or special effects. Note that not all films have a case file.

Uneminent Victorians files

Sub-sub-series consists of records relating to a research project and unpublished manuscript Fellman worked on in the late 1980s. Uneminent Victorians is a study of seven individuals "fallen from respectability" in Victorian England, drawing on British archival sources. Separate chapters deal with Charles Phillips, James Canham Read, Flora Davy, Comtessse de Civry, Captain Edmund Hope Verney, Alfred Linnell, and Adolf Beck. Records include Fellman's SSHRC proposal and reviewers' evaluations, correspondence, notes and working papers, copies of articles and images, photocopy and photo reproduction work orders, photographs, and the draft manuscript. The manuscript exists in several copies, including full typescripts as well as handwritten chapter drafts.

Marketing records

Sub-sub-series consists of records relating to the marketing of Granville Island Brewing and its products, and includes marketing plans, analyses and reports; price lists; customer questionnaire; marketing manager job description; graphics manual; and copies of articles relating to brewing industry competition.

Student films

Sub-sub-series consists of 16mm films created by SFU students who participated in the SFU Film Workshop. There are multiple reels associated with each film title that represent the individual production elements (i.e. A Roll, B Roll, Magnetic track, Optic Track and Work Print).

General meeting minutes and related records

Sub-sub-series consists of records relating to Glengarry Camp general meetings and activities. Includes minutes and related papers; notations pertaining to Camp members and events; and books recording the names of visitors and members attending meetings. Minute books date back to the inaugural meeting, and include rolls of officers and new member lists. Includes minutes of joint meetings of the Glengarry and Montrose camps held between May 8, 1975 and the Montrose Camp's dissolution in May 1981. Related papers include 1944 Camp bylaws; correspondence with District No. 16 and Grand Camp secretaries; financial statements and reports; and District Committee minutes (1954, 1981). Records include minutes and minute books; record books and note books; bylaws; correspondence; financial statements and reports; and programmes.
