Louise Hutchinson was the volunteer radio host for The Lesbian Show, which aired on Vancouver Co-Op Radio, between 1989 and 1990.
Custodial history
The records were in the custody of Louise Hutchinson until their donation to the Archives of Lesbian Oral Testimony / Simon Fraser University Library, Special Collections and Rare Books in 2016.
Scope and content
Records consist of five files of materials related to Louise Hutchinson’s term as the volunteer radio host for Vancouver Co-op Radio’s The Lesbian Show, between 1989 and 1991. Records include recordings on audio cassettes and audio reels of episodes of The Lesbian Show from when the show aired on the radio and related textual records. Most of the recordings were made of the radio show by Louise Hutchinson by home-recording the episodes of the show that aired on the radio.
