Items are arranged as they were by the donor, with titles derived from the inventory spreadsheet provided. There is no discernible order other than they are occasionally grouped by photo shoot or performance, but even this is not consistent. Some order was imposed by the archivist when duplicates were found, or when a print inventoried was several pages after the original negative had already been assigned a number. Every effort was made to avoid assigning multiple numbers to the same item. Any additional notes, including initial reference numbers, provided by Michael Wortis have been included in the “General Notes” field.
