    The Archives digitized this series in September 2023. Posters were scanned at 300 dpi resolution and output as tif files (preservation copies), with smaller jpg derivatives (access copies) generated by the Archives' digital preservation system (Archivematica). Access copies are available directly from the SFU AtoM description record for each file. To obtain copies in the preservation format (tif), contact the reference archivist for more information.

    The GCBF Society was the likely copyright owner. As a defunct society, it is not clear to whom copyright was transferred.     Physical description

    For each poster there are multiple copies (between 2-6) for a total of 98 items. Posters dimensions are 28 x 43 cm, with the exception of the 2016 and 2017 posters which are slightly longer and the 1994 poster which is square (30 x 30 cm).
