Sens was an independent animator before working at SFU, and founded his own studio, Al Sens Animation, in Vancouver in 1958. According to a 6 October 1966 media release, Al Sens was working for SFU's Audio Visual Centre. This film may have been produced for CBC prior to Sens' employment at SFU.
