Series consists of records relating to Ian Kelsey and William (Bill) Stewart as the Assistant to Vice-President, University Services and their liaison with university services staff, departments, and committees on campus. Records also consist of evaluation forms used by Counsellors; a financial aid study; budget development; reports on and planning for highschool and college recruiting visits; correspondence regarding handicapped students, rotunda renovations, student employment, orientation and workshops; and policy development. Records include correspondence and working papers, financial statements, agendas and minutes, reports, surveys and publications.

The series consists of records relating to the activities and administration of the SFU Sports Car Club. Formed in 1965, it was one earliest clubs registered with the Simon Fraser Student Society. According to Bob Sterne, who was President of the Sports Car Club in 1966, "the purpose of the Sports Car Club is to contribute to extra-curricular activities and promote better sportsmanship by directing and sponsoring all aspects of motoring events." The Sports Car Club held timed races, such as the inaugural Gymkhana at the Brentwood Shopping Centre on November 14, 1965, and semesterly rallies to create new interest in motorsports.

Records include a Sports Car Club jacket, a Sport Car Club patch, two issues of the Red Line bulletin, and a copy of the Sports Car Club constitution and by-laws. A copy of The Tartan (vol. 2 no. 4) is also included with the records.

The series consists of four items relating to the early history of Simon Fraser University: a copy of the program for the university's opening ceremonies on September 9, 1965; an invitation and ticket to the President's Ball held in October 1965; and a copy of the first SFU Yearbook (1965-66).

Series consists of records relating to the Dean of Graduate Studies correspondence with Graduate Program Chairs and academic departments about various issues relating to graduate studies at the university. Also included is correspondence sent and received by the Associate Dean of Graduate Studies, correspondence with the Simon Fraser Student Society and the University Council of British Columbia. Records include correspondence and working papers, minutes, and reports.

Series consists of correspondence conducted by the Women's Centre with campus and off-campus individuals and organizations, including university administrators, the Simon Fraser Student Society, the Women's Studies Coordinating Committee, the Vancouver Status of Women, and the Women's Building Society of Vancouver. Activities documented include requests for information; support and participation in events and projects; funding proposals; and liaison with other groups and organizations. Records consist of correspondence.

Series consists of records relating to Stephen Stratton's work as Director of University Services. Activities documented include new student orientation; wheelchair students on campus; participation on the Deans Fees Committee; projects including visits to local high schools and student placement; a proposal for integration of Financial Aid and the Resources Office; studies on student attrition and withdrawals; and liaison with student services including Day Care, Health Services, Counselling, and the Simon Fraser Student Society. Records include correspondence and working papers, reports, minutes and statistics.

The series consists of one file made up of materials that were deposited in Koenraad Kuiper's graduate student mailbox in 1969. Taken as a whole, it provides a sense of the types of materials that were circulating on campus during a tumultuous period in SFU's history.

Records include reports, articles, newsletters, and correspondence related to the PSA affair; memorandums and correspondence about the trial of the 114 students who were arrested for occupying the Academic Services building; a report from the Presidential Search Committee; copies of articles from The Peak; a copy of Focos magazine; two issues of SFU Komix; a copy of the first issue of SFU Comment; and miscellaneous materials related to Kuiper's role as a graduate student.

Series consists of correspondence between the Simon Fraser Student Society and the Chemical Sciences Student Union.

Series consists of drawings, photos, contact sheets, slides, negatives, publications, notes, correspondence, news releases, memorabilia, photocopies, and pamphlets relating to subject files kept by the Media and Public Relations Office to keep track of ideas, news leads, and developing stories as they relate to SFU.
