Fonds documents the research, advocacy and communications activities of the Trade Union Research Bureau. Records include books, newspapers, magazines, pamphlets, correspondence, legal documents, research materials, sound and video recordings.
Fonds consists of scrapbooks of Mitchell's travels to Japan and Korea, reports she wrote with the Neighbourhood Services Association as a Community Development worker, speeches, mailings, newsletters, issues & case work files, correspondence, records related to her memoir, the Vancity Community Foundation's Margaret Mitchell Fund for Women, photographs of various events, and House of Commons debate transcripts.
Collection consists of letters written to and from Wil Hudson, his personal photographs and negatives, and type blocks used during his work as a printer. Collection also includes tributes to Wil Hudson written after his death in 2014.
Fonds consists of research material, scripts, notebooks, permissions and source footage used by Kovanic in the production of her documentary films. Suspino: A Cry for Roma was released in 2003 and directed by Kovanic and produced by Tamarin Productions. The film uses interviews, a profile of a refugee family, and historical footage in order to trace the experience of persecuted Romani peoples in Eastern Europe, primarily Romania. Other films in the fonds include Our Tears Run Red, Yellow and Green, Baboon Tales and Dreaming a Nation: The Kurds, from 1994.
Fonds consists of 22 sketchbooks (featuring watercolours, pen and ink drawings, pastel and charcoal sketches, travel diary entries) measuring approximately 8 x 10" to 10.5 x 14". These sketchbooks document Rose Malerby's travels to Prince Rupert via ferry and from there to the Yukon with friends in a Volkswagon bus. Malerby captured landscapes, townscapes, harbour scenes, flora, people, architecture and artifacts, and noted weather conditions, gas costs, where they stopped to eat and places they stayed along the way.
Fonds consists of records documenting the organization and promotion of Vancouver's Mayworks Festival of Working People and the Arts. These include programs, posters, minutes, payroll and other financial records, agendas, licenses, contracts, tickets, fundraising letters, mailings, grants, and photographs used by Mayworks festival organizers from 1988-1996. Fonds also includes a thesis about Mayworks written by Aurian Haller in 2004.

Fonds consists of records used and created by Russell Fraser while he was member of the B.C. Social Credit Party and MLA for Vancouver South. These include government documents, newspaper clippings, photographs, reports, and Expo 86 posters.
Fonds consists of records resulting from the activities of the Fraser River Sockeye Public Review Board in preparing their report to the Department of Fisheries and Oceans regarding the dramatic disappearance of several million sockeye salmon which normally would have migrated to the Fraser River watershed in 1994. Records include reports, notes, research, public submissions, correspondence and legal documents.
Fonds consists of records reflecting Yvonne Klan's research into the history of the fur trade, the British Columbia opium trade, James Murray Yale, B.C.'s First Nations, and pioneer poets. Records include copies of her published works, travel notes, radio scripts and publishing proposals.
The majority of the records of Sono Nis Press from 1968 to 1976 are at the National Library of Canada under the J. Michael Yates fonds. Since Sono Nis was taken over by Morriss Printing in 1976, all archival records have been retained. Current records (approximately 1989 to 1993) include editorial files, production files, association files, awards and promotions information, and financial records. The archival records (1976 to approximately 1988) include financial records, editorial files, production files, and correspondence. All art work, design work, and printing plates for every book have been retained in the fonds along with two copies of each book published by Sono Nis Press.
