Space

Sub-sub-series consists of records relating to university space and construction planning, which at various times has been a core function of the Associate Vice-President, Academic. Activities and topics documented include space allocation planning, renovations, and construction of new buildings. Records include correspondence, reports, requests, proposals, capital plans, space simulation model reports, and some architectural plans and drawings.

Student film production records

Series consists of case files for individual films; includes textual records related to the director's comments on post-production tasks such as film processing, editing, splicing and the addition of sound and/or special effects. Note that not all films have a case file.

Student films

Sub-sub-series consists of 16mm films created by SFU students who participated in the SFU Film Workshop. There are multiple reels associated with each film title that represent the individual production elements (i.e. A Roll, B Roll, Magnetic track, Optic Track and Work Print).

Student Services

Sub-sub-series consists of the VP Academic's correspondence with, related to, or copied from the Director of Student Services and the units that reported to it. Topics include financial aid, student employment, health services, daycare, residences, scholarships, disabled students, and the reorganization of Student Services in 1985. Records include correspondence, reports, and organization charts.

Tap handles

Sub-sub-series consists of plastic and ceramic Granville Island Brewing and Pacific Draft Beer tap handles. Pacific Western was owned by Potters International, which acquired a majority of Granville Island Brewing shares in 1989.
