This series consists of mimeographed transcripts of speeches, interviews, talks, writings, messages and will of P. P. Verigin. Most of the records were transcribed/written down by individuals working with P. P. Verigin (transcriber is not always indicated). Some of the transcribers are: V. Sukharev, P. Biriukov, N. Dergaysov, I. Malov. There is only one handwritten message by Verigin himself. Verigin’s will was captured by Mikhail Verigin. In addition, this series includes photocopy of biographical manuscript of “Gloom shadow of Ivan the Terrible” that appears to be written by P.P. Verigin. Some of mimeographed records are original, some are photocopies. All records are in Russian except for some speeches that are supplied with handwritten translation in English.

Series consists of the main administrative files of the Society from about 1932 to 1973. During this period, a central office filing system was in place where each file category was assigned a unique alpha-numeric code. The alphabetic code was used to represent the broad category or subject area while the numeric code represented a division of the main category.

Researchers should be aware that the files are not arranged according to strict chronological and alphabetical order within or between subseries, and therefore the entire file list for the subseries below should be reviewed to determine the existence of all files on a particular subject.

Series primarily comprises copies of records created by a number of associations currently or formerly active in the field of beekeeping. Records consist of association constitutions, meeting minutes, proceedings, newsletters, correspondence, and other documents.

Series consists of a bound volume entitled Researches in Physics. The volume contains Gordon Shrum's doctoral thesis, "The Doublet Separation of the Balmer Lines," and two reprints about Shrum's research with his doctoral supervisor, J. C. McLennan, on the liquefaction of hydrogen and helium.

Series comprises records made or received by the Fraser Valley Division of the BCHPA. Records consist of correspondence, meeting minutes, and newsletters.

This series consists of outgoing and incoming correspondence of Tom McGauley with various individuals of Doukhobor community, other researchers into Doukhobor history, and government representatives involved with the Doukhobor community. This file also contains photocopies of Doukhobor correspondence collected as research material. Some of the correspondence includes additional records including notes, chapters, proposals, etc

Series includes personal and biographical material, including Blaser’s birth certificate, records related to his honorary Ph.D. from Simon Fraser University, Blaser’s high school diploma, records related to his health towards the end of his life, records from his employment at San Francisco State University, handwritten personal notes and book lists, a handwritten will, Blaser’s curriculum vitae, and yearbooks from his high school and college years.

This series consists of the personal and the Doukhobor community matters correspondence of P. V. Verigin sent to and received from various members of the CCUB.

This series contains photographs pertaining to Japanese Canadians in the decades leading up to, and including, the Second World War.

This series consists of circular letters addressed to the CCUB members. All letters are mimeographed and none are issued on the CCUB letterhead. All records are in Russian, but a couple of them are supplied with handwritten translations in English.

This series is revealing of early 20th century perspectives towards the Doukhobors in Canada. The following persons are authors or subject to the records: J.A. Forin, Isabel Forin, George Hoyland, H.M. Manson, Aylmer Maude, Alice Nike, George Soukoreff, John J. Verigin, Vlaldimir Tcherkoff, Leo Tostoy, L.W. Verigin.

This series consists of the writings, notes, songs texts, clippings, chapters, flyers, booklets, correspondence and articles prepared for Sunday school teachings, for lecture series at Selkirk College and for other teaching events.

Series consists of correspondence with Lodge members of St. George's Lodge in Kelowna, the Gizeh Temple in Vancouver, and the Okanagan Lodge of Perfection in Vernon. Series consists of records relating to Wah's work at various academic institutions, including Selkirk College, the David Thompson University Centre, and the University of Calgary. Records include course material and student assignments, instructional resources used by Wah, and administrative records created through Wah's employment at these various academic institutions.

Series consists of records documenting the life of Patrick McTaggart-Cowan. Includes autobiographical notes, curriculum vitae, biography, a 1929 high school annual, school notes, honourary degrees, certificates, interviews, and articles about McTaggart-Cowan.

Series consists of photographs of Peter Trower, his partner Yvonne Klan, and their family, friends and other acquaintances. Photographs relate to Trower’s writing, musical and personal activities, his childhood in England and Canada, and his family life. Series includes many photographs of Trower with writer and publisher friends, giving readings, attending literary events, awards ceremonies, and book signings and performing with former bandmates Mike Dunn and Ken Dagliesh, Industrial Accident and the Caulk Boots and Marlin Spikes production. Also included are photographs taken during the filming of the documentary "Between the Sky and the Splinters" in 1976, photographs of Trower’s travels with Yvonne, his various residences, publicity shots for book covers, and photographs from his seventieth birthday party in 2000. Series consists of records documenting the sale of these Alberta businesses. Included are contracts, a financial statement and an inventory list.

Series consists of audio recordings presented to or regarding W.A.C. Bennett. Items were produced primarily by radio stations, although some were created by private citizens.

The series focuses on a variety of subject matters regarding Bennett. The majority of the reels document tributes and dinners which were given in honour of the Premier. Several of the reels also document interviews with Bennett as well as many radio commentaries on his performance as Premier. Finally, a significant number of reels document political functions and gatherings which Bennett attended. These include the Ottawa Conference on the Constitution, a Social Credit leadership convention, and the provincial Social Credit convention of 1963.

Series consists of ephemera relating to a variety of personal and official activities. Included are identification cards, a wallet, a ration coupon book, a Bible, greeting cards, publications, pamphlets, a name plate, programs, invitations, menus, place mats, posters, an agreement, a transparency and letter head.

Series consists of records relating to Bennett Hardware and its successor Bennett's Stores. Included are correspondence, a bill of sales, lists, invoices, insurance policies, balance sheets, a financial statement, pamphlets, a notebook, orders, advertisements, minutes, annual reports, bonds, newsletters and a warrant.

Series consists of photographs produced throughout Patrick McTaggart-Cowan's personal and professional life. Includes photographs of family, school days, portraits, Gander airport, conferences, SFU, and others.

Series consists of incoming and outgoing correspondence with family, friends, and colleagues. Material includes handwritten and typed correspondence as well as facsimile and email correspondence of both a personal and professional nature. Additional material includes enclosed contracts, poetry, and other textual records. The series is divided into five sub-series: Incoming correspondence; Outgoing correspondence; Alphabetical correspondence; Chronological correspondence; and General correspondence.

Series consists of Doris French Shackleton’s report cards, diplomas, transcripts, grades, press clippings, tax return, resumes, job applications and letters of acceptance, support, and resignation.

Series consists of records relating to the personal finances of McTaggart-Cowan. Includes records that reflect income while serving in Newfoundland, household accounts, banking records, and purchases.

Series consists of client case files. Each case file contains personal information about individual clients, as well as a detailed log of the Society's involvement with the client, such as conversations and settings of interviews, analysis, notes, significant facts and/or statements made during the interview. Correspondence with various organizations are also included in the file folder. The arrangement of the files is in a rough alphabetical order.

In the case of some clients, file folders were not created. Instead, loose documents, usually comprising a 'Face Sheet' and attached sheets providing details of the Society's involvement with the client have been stapled together. These loose documents are clustered in groups and inter filed with foldered case files, arranged in their own rough alphabetical order.

A separate grouping of client case files have been labeled "Miscellaneous" and are broken down in alphabetical order. These files have been kept separate from other client case files.

In view of the rough alphabetical order of the client case files and the separate grouping of miscellaneous files, it will be necessary for researchers interested in a particular individual to review a number of different boxes in order to determine the existence of a particular file.

Series consists of records relating to Domestic Wines, and its successor Calona Wines. Included are correspondence, newspaper clippings, reports, shipping orders, invoices, notes, a notebook, minutes and annual reports.

Series consists of records relating to W.A.C. Bennett's involvement with the Kelowna Board of Trade, his term on the Executive Council, and as president from 1937-1939. Included are correspondence, minutes, lists, a financial statement and a budget.

Series documents the imprisonment of Sons of Freedom convicts at Piers Island Penitentiary between 1932 and 1934, from its initial stage in search for an island to set up the prison to determining the conditions for release of the prisoners. The records, the majority of which consist of correspondence between senior officials, shed light on the construction and management of the prison, as well as the problems that the federal prison system encountered regarding both personnel and prisoners.
Series consists of textual records including correspondence, telegrams, and memoranda, most of which were written to or by H. W. Cooper. The remainder of the records were created by other authorities, prisoners, and relatives of prisoners. Series also contains a warrant written by J. Cartmel and a chronology written in shorthand by H. W. Cooper. Also included in the series is an empty manila envelope. The records in this series have been arranged into the following three files: 1932; 1933; and 1934.
