Editorial correspondence and related records

Series consists of correspondence between the publisher, sub-contractors, vendors, promoters and authors. Most files contain instructions and drafts as to editorial layout, typesetting, artwork, etc. Records include: correspondence, style sheets, contracts, invoices, grant applications, editorial copy, galley proofs, newspaper clippings, magazines, cartoons, photographs and a poster.

Editorial files

Series consists of records generated from editorial work on chapbooks and issues of "filling Station" magazine. These include page proofs, edited submissions, commissioned artwork, writer’s guidelines, and production instructions.

Series consists of electronic records created by Delgado through his personal and professional activities. Records are predominantly related to Delgado's writing. Records are in 5.25-inch and 3.5-inch floppy disc formats.

Series consists of electronic records, photographic slides, video and audio recordings, and other non-textual media created by Daphne Marlatt through her professional activities. Much of the electronic media contains correspondence and drafts of Marlatt's writings. Some records relate to Roy Kiyooka's book "Mothertalk," which Marlatt edited. One video concerns the conferral of her honourary degree from Mount Saint Vincent University.

Series consists of items such as bank books, report cards, pay stubs, receipts, architectural blueprints, press passes, event ticket stubs and house design notes.

Series consists of records relating to essays, talks and reviews written or given by Flood. Records include drafts, notes and correspondence. Series also includes seven publications in which Flood’s stories are printed: "Paris Transcontinental" (1995); "Event" (1991); "Canadian Forum" (1983, 1993); "The Reader" (Summer 1994, Winter 1994); and "Books In Canada" (1993).

Event files

Series consists of publicity clippings and promotional items documenting literary events hosted by the filling Station Publications Society. These include calls for submissions, contest advertisements, published articles and reviews, recordings of readings, photographs, flyers, and posters.

Series consists of photographs of Canadian Farmworkers Union staff and numerous social and cultural events held by the union, including bhangra performances as well as visits by United Farmworkers of America President Cesar Chavez and the Manitoba Farm Workers Association.

Series consists of records relating to various events that Wah has attended over the course of his professional career, as well as records relating to his travel for both personal and professional activities. Other records include correspondence; administrative records; and promotional materials for conferences, workshops, and other events.

Exhibition records

Series consists of exhibit panels with stamps, postcards and didactic information written by Henshaw, exhibit planning records, and awards received for exhibitions created and displayed at various locations across North America, including the Vancouver Public Library and conferences Henshaw attended as a member of the BC Philatelic Society.

Expedition records

Series consists of records relating to archaeological tourist expeditions, boat cruises and exploratory expeditions of shipwrecks, for which James Delgado served as a lecturer or expedition leader. Records include correspondence, brochures, reports, pamphlets, travel itineraries, and expedition reports.

Family records and other genealogical materials

Series consists of family history records related to Blaser’s lineage, such as family pedigree charts, vital records of other family members, books on Blaser’s paternal lineage as well as areas where his relatives first settled in the United States, obituaries, cemetery deeds, guardianship records, and graduation programs. The series also includes poems and stories written by Blaser’s mother and records related to the trucking business Blaser’s father started.

This series consists of documents created by J. J. Verigin’s close family members, his uncle Peter P. Verigin the Second and his mother Anna Markova, also sister of Peter P. Verigin the Second. The series includes the correspondence of Peter P. Verigin the Second, also known as Yastrebov and annotated map of the Doukhobor settlement drawn by Anna Markova.

Fiction - drama records

Series consists of records relating to dramatic works Daphne Marlatt has written or contributed to. Records include drafts, correspondence, administrative documents, production material, advertisements and research records.

The series has been arrange into the following three sub-series based on dramatic work: "The Portside" records (2007-2011), "The Gull" records (2000-2009), and "Shadow Catch" records (2010-2011).

Series consists of records relating to Daphne Marlatt's works of poetry. Records include manuscripts, correspondence, and legal agreements.
