Fonds consists of records relating to the administration of the Canadian Womens Voters Congress as well as to the operation of the Women's Campaign School. Records include correspondence, presentations, newsletters, reports, media releases, videocassettes, audiocassettes, photographs, and electronic files. The fonds is arranged in 3 series: Board Meeting Minutes, Administration, and the Women's Campaign School.

The collection consists of photographic images and printed materials relating to the life and death of E. Pauline Johnson. Some of the material is associated with her sister, Evelyn Johnson, but the provenance and nature of compilation is largely unknown.

This fonds contains writings, notebooks, scores, computer software, photographic materials, audio and video recordings, two synthesizers, a computer and other material relating to the life experiences and creative output of Martin Bartlett. Most of the material dates from Bartlett’s active work life from 1965-1993, although there is some information from his early life, 1940-1965. The contents of the fonds have been divided into 11 distinct series representing different aspects of his life. One series (9: Compositions) has been divided into three sub-series determined by the type of material (scores, computer programs, and recordings).

Edward McWhinney was an international authority on constitutional and aviation law, a prolific author, member of multiple academic and professional organizations, a Member of the Canadian Parliament and a lecturer at universities around the world. In his later years he actively supported numerous institutions, including the charitable foundation he established with his wife, Emily McWhinney. He routinely travelled, and this collection reflects the diverse range of his careers and interests.
Consisting primarily of records created in the course of his extensive professional and political careers, this collection contains correspondence, newspaper and magazine articles, handwritten notes and cards, photographs, published materials, books, photocopies, and ephemera.
