Records span Delgado's time working with the National Park Service, the National Maritime Initiative, the Vancouver Maritime Museum, and the Institute of Nautical Archaeology, and relate to administrative matters at these institutions, as well as events he attended and projects he worked on. Correspondence relating to shipwreck and historic site projects includes expedition reports, itineraries, and research records. Correspondence relating to Delgado's writing projects focuses on the publication of books and articles, and includes some copies of articles written by Delgado, advertisements for his books, and book reviews. Sub-series also contains some correspondence relating to the television program "The Sea Hunters." Records include letters, email and fax printouts, and greeting cards, as well as attachments and related records such as newsletters, certificates, newspaper clippings, and magazine articles.

Material includes handwritten and typed correspondence as well as facsimile and email correspondence sent or forwarded to Blaser. Additional material includes enclosed contracts, poetry, and other textual material sent to Blaser.

This sub-series contains records related to the Indigenous peoples in Canada and their relation to land, forest and industries, provincial and federal government. The records document Indigenous peoples’ opposition to logging and pollution created by the pulp industries. Many records relate to Lubicon Lake Nation dispute and settlement with the Daishowa corporation. Other records relate to the Indigenous rights, treaties and reconciliation. Some records relate to Algonquin peoples, Ulkatcho people and Grassy Narrows Nations. The sub-series contains reports, correspondence, press releases, news clippings, papers and statement.

This sub-series consists of writings by individual members of the Doukhobor community. These writings consists of messages to community, articles published and unpublished, manuscript of book, festival speeches, notebooks, narratives, and other assorted writings.

In addition, some records relate to activities of the Taiga Rescue Network and Canada’s Future Forest Alliance.

This sub-series consists of the individual Doukhobor writings in the format of journals and diaries. The records describe personal experiences of the authors in Russia before immigration to Canada and their experiences as immigrants in Canada and United States as well as later visits to Soviet Union. The records contain personal experiences of the authors as well as accounts of Doukhobor life and their community as immigrants.
Most of the records are in Russian.

This sub-series contains records related to the proposed ski development of Jumbo Glacier Resort in the Jumbo Creek Valley located west of Invermere in the Purcell Mountains of the Kootenays and opposition to the project by various wilderness protection organizations, including the VWS and Jumbo Creek Conservation Society. Colleen McCrory played key role in leading this campaign. Some records relate to the Gizzly bear protection in the area of the proposed development. The records were created by the project developers (Pheidias Project Management Corp.), government agencies, and wilderness protection organizations.

This sub-series consists of various documents that pertain to the specific individuals within the Doukhobor community that belong to or had relations with the Sons of Freedom group. The documents found in this sub-series include: correspondence, writings, messages, statements, petitions, resolutions, appeals, notebooks, clippings, articles and account of events. This sub-series includes following themes: Doukhobor leadership issues, splits in the Doukhobor community, arson, imprisonments, children education and children’s removal from homes by the government, the Sons of Freedom and the Reformed Doukhobors. Documents are in Russian or English, some are printed and some handwritten.
