Consists of Coupey's exhibition catalogue, Notations 1994-1998, gallery guides for galleries in Japan, business cards and exhibition and travel information for Coupey's Notations 1994-1998 exhibition held at the Gallery of the Canadian Embassy, Tokyo, Japan from September 9 to October 27, 1998. Coupey submitted a proposal for the exhibition to the Department of Foreign Affairs. The Department is responsible for three international galleries, one in Paris, Canada House, London, England and the Gallery of the Canadian Embassy, Tokyo, Japan.The Department selected the Notations 1994-1998 exhibition to be shown at the Gallery of the Canadian Embassy, Tokyo. The Department provided 8,000.00 CDN towards the exhibition while the remainder of the funds was crowd sourced by Coupey by soliciting donations from prominent Japanese businesses in Japan. Coupey raised approximately 152,000.00 CDN, which was used for shipping the artworks, setting up the Gallery space, travel and other expenses related to the exhibition.
