Administrative and general records

Sub-series consists of records relating to Wah's work at various academic institutions, including Selkirk College, the David Thompson University Centre, and the University of Calgary. Records include administrative records from Wah’s employers, as well as other general records relating to professional activities, such as letters of reference written for current or former students.

This sub-series consists of various documents that relate to the administration and the day to day operations of the CCBRD as organization representing some members of the Doukhobor community in British Columbia. This sub-series includes: correspondence of the CCBRD; its Fraternal Council; correspondence of the individuals members on behalf of the organizations; correspondence with the Canadian government officials; applications; statements; petitions; open letters; financial records; land related records; press releases; newspaper clippings; photographs; writings of the CCBRD and its members. This sub-series also contains documents relating to the CCBRD relationship with other organizations within the Doukhobor community, such as the Sons of Freedom and the USCC. Many records in this sub-series were kept in confidence by the Fraternal Council and only some of these records were made public as photocopies by the Fraternal Council during the Kootenay Conference in the late 1970s-1980s.

Adbusters magazine

Sub-series contains physical copies of 162 issues of Adbusters magazine, from inception up to August 2022. Two copies of Adbusters magazine, vol. 16, no. 3 (issue 77) with alternative cover pages are included. The sub-series also includes a separated cover which was once used to bind the "Blueprint for a New World" boxset (issues 112-117).

This sub-series consists of records related to the activities of the Ad Hoc Board Governance Committee. Formed in 1994, the Ad Hoc Board Governance Committee served to develop policies on Board Governance and bring recommendations to the Board. Includes memos, policies, and meeting agendas.

This sub-series consists of records created by the ad hoc committee that was formed to examine and improve the University's Media, Communications, Government, and Community Relations. The Committee was a precursor entity to the External Relations Committee. Includes meeting agendas, schedules, minutes, and notes; reports; presentations; promotional materials; and student surveys.
