Immediate source of acquisition
The buik of the records was transferred by the Registrar's Office to the University Records Centre around 1992. This material was appraised and scheduled by the Archives in 1994 and formally accessioned in 1998 and 1999. Record post-dating 1992 consists of publications (e.g. annual Calendar). This material is typically sent annually to the Archives as it is produced.
Series 1 was kept in the order received. Series 2 was arranged by the archivist. Other series were arranged by the archivist or placed in chronological order.
