S.F. Mime Troupe poster

File consists of a poster promoting the performance of S.F. Mime Troupe, 'Civil Rights in a Cracker Barrel', a satirical commentary on race relations and the civil rights movement. The poster was used to advertise a running of the show at SFU; however, the poster states a different time and date as they did not have custom posters for the SFU performance.

Sub-series consists of photographs McGrath took or collected of SFU and members of the SFU community. Many photographs have annotations on the back that suggest they were made to be published in The Peak or Afterthoughts.

File consists of photographs McGrath took of the SFU Campus in August 1965, a month before he began at the university.

Change understanding confrontation button

52 mm (2.25 inch) white pinback button. Black text "BEFORE CHANGE UNDERSTANDING BEFORE UNDERSTANDING CONFRONTATION". Pin quotes John Braun's "A Confession of Faith," a manifesto calling for change in society and the Mennonite church. He would later be instrumental in the formation of the Radical Mennonite Union. Braun was an SFU alumnus.

Swim meet ribbons

File consists of five ribbons McGrath received for participating in SFU intramural swim meets.
