The file includes letters to the Ministry of Education in Victoria, the Ministry of Interior in Ottawa, and lawyer Mr. Bouzer and a letter to editor of New Russian Word (1921). The correspondence relates to the matters of Doukhobor communities in B.C. and Saskatchewan and operations of the CCUB. Some letters refer to P. P. Verigin (Chistiakov). All letters are mimeographed and all, except one, are written on the CCUB letterhead. All documents are in Russian.
