Provides a general overview of SFU, its students, programs and location, with an emphasis on SFU as a global university, noting that 'what's happening in the outside world is what's happening here.' Includes sound bites from classrooms and lectures, and closes with pipe band performing and stills of Convocation Mall. Similar in thrust to the 1986 film, "Simon Fraser University: Meeting the Challenge Together."
