Series contains handwritten text, and copies of newspaper clippings. The handwritten text may relate to A Voice was Heard in Ramah. The newspaper clippings were used for research when writing Bleak November.
Sub-series consists of records relating to Peter Trower's 2000 novel "The Judas Hills." Records include notes, outline and manuscripts from various stages of the novel's development (including first and final drafts), editorial comments by John Moore, Trower's storyboard sketches, and Trower's comments on the novel's cover design.
File consists of various drafts, both manuscript and typescript. Drafts are primarily of prose materials, with some poems. The majority of the drafts are related to a prose piece alternately titled “The Last Days of Grayfield” and “The Last Days of Graybridge.” Contains a poem alternately titled “Graybridge Blues” and “North Vancouver Decadent Boarding School Blues.” File also contains a newspaper article about the television series “The Singing Detective,” as well as lists of poems for 2 readings, taped on the inside of the original file folder. The front cover of the file folder has been retained at the back of the file.
File consists of writings, primarily prose, written by Yvonne Klan or co-written by Trower and Klan. Includes records relating to a collection entitled “Beating the Bushes of History.”
File consists of typescript and handwritten drafts and notes relating the story “Where they Come From,” also known as “Where Do You Come From” and “The Coast I Like Best is Here.”
