Files were generally arranged chronologically by the archivist.

File F-176-2-1-0-12 [Sick leave correspondence], was added to the sub-series by the archivist on May 18, 2011. This file contains materials that appear to have been removed from the fonds during its initial processing--possibly due to the sensitive subject matter and/or personal information they contain--and placed in the fonds' collection file. The materials were not in any known original order, and were arranged chronologically by the archivist.
