The arrangement of this series into sub-series was provided by the SFU Archives. Sub-series 1 ("Dean's Correspondence") and 2 ("Dean's Subject files") are based on the previous arrangement by the SFU Archives in the 1980s (RG-9). It is no longer possible to know whether these reflect the original order in the Dean's filing system. Sub-series 3 ("Administrative Assistant to the Dean correspondence") is based on the creator of the records.
