Series consists of records relating to Ian Kelsey and William (Bill) Stewart as the Assistant to Vice-President, University Services and their liaison with university services staff, departments, and committees on campus. Records also consist of evaluation forms used by Counsellors; a financial aid study; budget development; reports on and planning for highschool and college recruiting visits; correspondence regarding handicapped students, rotunda renovations, student employment, orientation and workshops; and policy development. Sub-sub-series consists of records relating to the daily administration of the Chaplaincy on campus and includes Dean's correspondence with religious representatives on and off campus; planning for the "Festival of Religion and the Arts" hosted by the Chaplaincy Office; chaplaincy denomination statistics; and an interview between the Acting Chairman of the Chaplaincy and the Peak. Records include correspondence and working papers, reports, news releases, and statistics.

Sub-sub-series consists of records relating to the daily administration of the Chaplain's Office on campus and includes employee lists, Dean's correspondence with the Office and external religious affiliations, budget planning documents, a proposal for an Interfaith Centre on campus, and brochures produced by the Chaplain's Office. Records include correspondence, minutes, reports, working papers, newspaper clippings, financial statements, and publications.
