Abbotsford workshop [photographs]

File consists of 31 photographic prints and 27 negatives of a workshop for farmworkers about pesticides and daycare, co-sponsored by the BC Human Rights Coalition, Association of Multicultural Societies, and Social Service Agencies of BC.

Item is a poster for an exhibit curated by Craig Berggold at A Space Gallery, Toronto, in conjunction with the Mayworks Festival of Working People and the Arts. The exhibit included the photograph series “I would like to tell you a story… Health and Safety Regulations NOW!” by Berggold, documentary photographs of Ontario tobacco workers by Carole Conde and Karl Beveridge, an ESL banner by David Jackson, the film To Pick is Not to Choose by John Greyson, the film A Time to Rise by Anand Patwardhan and Jim Munro, and bhangra dance photographs by Paul Binning.
