Series consists of items such as bank books, report cards, pay stubs, receipts, architectural blueprints, press passes, event ticket stubs and house design notes.

Committee records

Series consists of records and meeting minutes pertaining to Occupy Vancouver committees: General Assembly, Volunteer Coordinating Committee, Info Tent, Security and Safe Guard Unit. It includes also Occupy Vancouver leaflets, booklets, by-laws and general records related to day-to-day activities.

Photographs and moving images

Series consists of nine photographs of the same Occupy Vancouver group of activists taken from different angles and one photograph of a single protester. It also includes eighteen digital videos and fifty digital photographs taken on October 15, 2011 by Sue Wilson with images related to the Raging Grannies, activists’ activities, policemen, posters and media.

Publications

Series consists of articles and publications, including issues of The Occupied Vancouver Sun, and articles from Extra and MetroNews. It also includes the book Dispatches from the Occupation: A History of Change (2012) by Stephen Collis.

Grant files

Series consists of records documenting Iris Garland’s successful and unsuccessful federal grant applications for research or travel, and in particular for her extensive study of Spanish dancer Tórtola Valencia. Records include completed applications, correspondence, and supporting documents.

Spin-off companies files

This series consists of records relating to TeleLearning spin-off companies, including InVentures Incubator Inc., TeleLearning Solutions Inc., CLEARMed Inc., TELEStraining Inc., ThoughtShare Communications Inc., and Virtual Learning Environments Inc. Activities documented include company establishment, business and strategic planning, promotion, and the Network's purchase and / or sale of company shares.

Records include proposals, correspondence, reports, agreements, contracts and memoranda of understanding, meeting minutes, business plans, certificates of incorporation (copies), company by-laws, project files, work plans, promotional material, media releases, financial statements, invoices, share agreements and certificates. Record media include paper and electronic; electronic records are retained in their original software formats (.doc, .rtf, .ppt, .xls, and .pdf).

Teaching records

Series consists of records documenting courses and workshops taught by Iris Garland primarily at SFU. It also includes substantial material relating to “Dancing in Cyberspace: Creating with the Virtual Body,” a telelearning course she co-developed at SFU. Series consists of records relating to Messenger's studies in literature at Oberlin College, Oxford University, and Cornell University. Includes papers, notes and assignments, examinations, and a text book.

Vice-President, Academic - correspondence

Series consists of records relating to the correspondence between the President and the Vice-President, Academic and the departments that reported to the Vice-President, Academic. Records also include working papers, surveys, university exchange agreements, program proposals, policies and procedures and photographs.

Student Affairs - correspondence

Series consists of records relating to student activities and organizations at the University, including services for students, the Peak newspaper and the Simon Fraser Student Society. Records include correspondence, working papers, reports and photographs.

Campus development files

Series consists of records relating to the construction of the campus and the development of services at the University. Subjects include the lease of university land; correspondence with architects; and construction of the president's residence, service station, student union building, student residences, campus access roads and parking. Records include correspondence, working papers, reports, proposals and photographs.

Articles, reviews, projects, and correspondence

Series consists of records relating to refereed and non-refereed articles and reviews written by Delany over the years. Series also consists of some conference papers and proceedings and correspondence with colleagues and graduate students.

Series contains drafts and final copies, research notes, correspondence, conference proceedings.

Administrative and committee work

Series consists of records relating to administrative and committee work at SFU and also Delany's involvement in external organizations such as the DH Lawrence Society and Modern Languages Association and DH Lawrence in China. There are also some book reviews interspersed throughout the series. Finally, there are records relating to graduate students.

Series consists of records relating to the Glengarry Camp. Activities, events and topics documented include meetings and other activities of the Camp, its Executive Committee, Entertainment Committee, and Ladies Auxiliary; joint meetings with Montrose Camp, and activities and events of Montrose Camp during that period; the financial management of the Camp; and its relations with other District No. 16 camps. Records include minutes and minute books; financial statements, balance sheets, and financial reports; record books and note books; bylaws; correspondence, reports, and newletters; and lists.

Lord Tweedsmuir Camp, No. 209 minute books

Series consists of records relating to meetings and activities of the Lord Tweedsmuir Camp. Records include minute books with related papers, such as financial statements, District No. 16 Committee minutes (1951-1960), and Grand Camp minutes (June 1942). Minute books also include new member lists and rolls of camp officers. Minutes for the years 1947 to 1950 are missing.

Murray Camp, No. 215 minutes and related records

Series consists of records relating to the meetings, activities, and membership of the Murray Camp. Records include a minute book (October 1968 to June 1975) and a corresponding meeting attendance register (May 1969 to May 1975). Minute book includes related papers, member lists, and rolls of Camp officers.

University tradition files

Series consists of records relating to the history and traditions of the university, including convocation founders, the university crest and coat of arms, Simon Fraser's grave, and rolls of congratula given by various universities upon the installation of SFU's Presidents. Records include correspondence, proposals, working papers, reports, and drawings.

Internal legal and dispute case records

Series consists of records relating to university dispute and harassment cases, including the Political Science, Sociology and Anthropology (PSA) faculty dispute. Included are radio interview transcripts, chronology of the strike, student involvement in the dispute, the CAUT censure of SFU, and dismissal hearing proceedings. University harassment files include individual case files, review of the harassment policy, monetary disbursements for legal cases, review of harassment policy procedural errors and related case files. Records consist of correspondence, working papers, reports, legal documentation, meeting minutes and agendas, dispute documentation and photographs of the PSA strike.

President's Office correspondence

Series consists of records relating to the operations, policies and procedures, external relations and public relations of the President's Office, including liaison with departments and programs that reported directly to the President's Office. Records include correspondence, working papers, reports, policy statements, media and public relations documentation, budgets and financial statements, newsletters, press clippings, and photographs.

Public programming files

This series consists of records relating to public events programming by the School and its predecessors. Records include correspondence, reports, media releases, schedules, program event flyers and brochures.

Office files

Series contains records relating to highlights of Andrea Lebowitz's career at SFU and the development of the Women's Studies Program. One file of reference material contains publications on abortion, daycare, working women, and women at the Canadian Broadcasting Company. Includes correspondence, minutes, proposals, publications, and other documents.

General correspondence

Series consists of incoming and outgoing correspondence of the Society. Includes correspondence between members, as well as correspondence with government and school officials, community organizations, business associations, media, and post-secondary institutions. Activities, events and topics documented include special events, promotion, fundraising, co-operation and liaison, government relations, and general administrative activities.

Records include letters, memoranda, faxes and related attachments such as press releases, promotional material and minutes.
