This sub-series consists of photocopy of chapters, articles, clippings and writings collected to support court cases that the Doukhobor community was involved and the research of the KCIR. The material in this sub-series relates to the Doukhobor history and their experiences in Canada, immigration and settlement, Doukhobor religious beliefs and their attitude to peace and avoidance of military service and their connection to the USSR. Most of records are in English and some in Russian.

Sub-series consists of cartoons, sketch books, drawings and paintings by Peter Trower, including material produced by Trower during his time as a student at the Vancouver School of Art, 1958 to 1959. Includes watercolours, ink, pencil, charcoal and pastel drawings. Cartoons pertain to the logging and aluminum industry, international politics, local politics and issues, the hippie movement, and super-hero spoofs. The subject matter of the drawings and sketches include Peter Trower (self-portraits), family members, friends, models, logging, Trower’s homes in North Vancouver and Gibsons, British Columbia, and in various places in Vancouver, Gibsons, and Port Alice. Series also includes three copies of Jack Wise’s only know cartoon.

Canada's Future Forest Alliance
This sub-series contains records of the Canada’s Future Forest Alliance (CFFA) organization formed by Colleen McCrory in 1991 during her cross-country journey to mobilize grassroot movement to protect boreal forests. This organization brought together the network of environmentalists, Indigenous peoples, labor and community groups and individuals interested in the reform of forest policy and practices. The records contain organization’s mission statement, correspondence, memos, press releases, notes, lists of organizations, and other records.

This sub-series consists of various campaign manuals that The Party had issued to the local campaign offices to be accompanied by the campaign tutorial sessions. Each of these books covered a specific part of campaigns at the constituency level, canvassing, fundraising, media handling, phone canvassing and for the provincial campaigns level. Some of the manuals cover procedures and expectations for advance level officials, such like the Premier’s tour scheduled events.

Sub-series consists of records relating to a graduate seminar about bpNichol's work "Martyrology" given at both the University of Calgary and at Simon Fraser University, with Wah teaching the University of Calgary section and Roy Miki teaching the one at Simon Fraser University. The course used the electronic mailing list (listserv) "beep-l" as the medium of communication for the two sections of the seminar. The course culminated in a colloquium entitled "Beyond the Orchard: A joint graduate colloquium on bpNichol’s The Martyrology." Writings from the course and colloquium were later published in a volume of the same name. Records include correspondence and course material.
This sub-series containing records related to 1991 cross-country trip that McCrory took to document the crisis in Canada’s northern boreal forests. The records represent materials collected during that trip as well as other material related to the boreal forests in Canada and in other location in the world. McCrory coined the phrase “Brazil of the North” in reference to Canadian boreal forests and this phrase is often found through this fonds. Some of the records related to the work of Canada’s Future Forest Alliance (CFFA) network organization, found by McCrory, aimed to reform forest policy and practice. Other records related to Taiga Rescue Network, also formed with McCrory help, that aims to protect boreal forests. It contains reports, correspondence, news clippings, news releases, articles, papers, reports, publications and maps.
