Fonds consists of the personal records of Betty Krawczyk, an environmentalist and active community member in British Columbia’s Lower Mainland. Spanning from 1970 to 2013, the fonds documents Krawczyk’s court cases, time spent in prison and participation in local community activism groups. The fonds predominately contains correspondence and legal records associated with Krawczyk’s court cases and prison sentences. Other records include certificates, notes, flyers, flags, mission statements, newspaper clippings, envelopes, financial papers, and Krawczyk’s published materials. The fonds has been arranged into eight series: Community activism records, Personal correspondence and related materials, Education, Legal records and related materials, Newspaper clippings and media coverage, Publications, Photographs and related materials, and Diaries.

The fonds consists of records created or accumulated by James Delgado since 1964 through his personal and professional activities. These activities include his work with the National Park Service, the Vancouver Maritime Museum, and the Institute for Nautical Archaeology, his archaeological projects and expeditions, his exploration of shipwreck sites, his work on the television show “The Sea Hunters,” as well as his lecturing and writing. Records include correspondence, publications, notes, manuscripts, research records, photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings.

Fonds consists of records related to the life and creative work of Peter Trower in his activities as a poet, prose writer, cartoonist, and musician. Fonds also includes records pertaining to Trower's collaborative projects with Yvonne Klan, as well as works by other authors and artists that were accumulated by Trower. Records include poetry and prose manuscripts, drafts and outlines, movie scripts, journals, notebooks, correspondence, business records, photographs, articles, cartoons and other drawings, awards, certificates, and sound and video recordings.

Fonds consists of records created or accumulated by Derek Beaulieu through his personal and professional activities, primarily from the 1990s to 2015. Records document his work as publisher of housepress and No press, and his work as a writer, editor, art and literature student and creative writing instructor.

Fonds is arranged into the following eight series: housepress (1997–2007); No press (2005–2015); Writings (1991–2015); Correspondence (1994–2015); Artworks (1996–[before 2013]); Notebooks, sketchbooks and daytimers (1987–2015); Promotional records ([199-]–[2015]) and Personal records (1994–2007).

The fonds consists of correspondence, photographs and newspaper clippings pertaining to the Modernettes and John Armstrong (Buck Cherry). The fonds is arranged into the following six series: correspondence, newspaper clippings, the Modernettes records, financial ephemera, pins and photographs.

The collection consists of materials that relate to Caroline Adderson's work as a writer. Types of materials include: versions of drafts of manuscripts, many with holograph annotations; incoming and outgoing correspondence in the form of handwritten and typewritten letters, and hard copies of email and fax; research relating to her work including collected works by other writers; notes that relate to and inform her literary work; promotional, personal, and research-related photographs; reviews of her work; and a collection of published work in monograph and serial format. These monographs and serials have been catalogued in SFU's Special Collections catalogue. Materials were accessioned in varying states of organization. Much of the material was and remains intermingled, and some had been organized and described by Adderson. Some folders have been written upon by the author, accompanied with explanations of the contents of the corresponding files. In this finding aid, RAD applies consistency to the body of material, but the descriptive contents within the actual folders are not consistent for this reason. All information Adderson has provided about her records has been kept with the appropriate papers.
