Series consists of records related to the court case between the City of Vancouver and Sean O’Flynn-Magee, Jane Doe, John Doe and other unknown persons. It includes: affidavits of Garrick Bradshaw, Penny Ballem, Murray Wightman, Frank Dodich, John McKearney, Cael Hopwood, Brenda Proksen, Blake Chersinoff, and Will Johnston; short leave requisition; notice of civil claim; and notice of application.

File consists of newspaper clippings of feature articles and letters to the editor related to medical and environmental issues. The file contains excerpts from "The Vancouver Sun," "The Province," and "Monday Magazine." The file also contains post-it notes and a comic from "The Far Side."

[Memoirs]

File consists of two of Betty Krawczyk’s published memoirs. File contains “Open living Confidential (From Inside the Joint)” and “Lock Me Up or Let Me Go: The Protests, Arrest and Trial of an Environmental Activist.”

"The Swiss Conspiracy" screenplays and related records

Sub-series consists of records relating to Norman Klenman and Philip Saltzman’s development of a feature film screenplay titled “The Ultimate Victim,” which was eventually produced under the title "The Swiss Conspiracy". Records include outlines and various drafts of the screenplay, contracts, notes, correspondence, and research material.

[CKVU] photos and notes

File consists of newspaper and magazine articles pertaining to CKVU; a September 3, 1976 news release announcing the station and describing its staff and programming; fifteen photographs pertaining to the preparation of the CRTC application to establish CKVU in 1975; as well as notes by Klenman describing his relationship with Daryl Duke and the process of compiling the CRTC application. Photographs have been described at the item level.

Eating fire

Series consists of sound recordings of interviews undertaken by Michael Riordon for Eating Fire: Family Life on the Queer Side (Between the Lines, 2001). Interviews were undertaken across Canada.

Personal correspondence and related materials

Series consists of letters of correspondence, postcards, greeting cards, photographs, mailing address lists, prison correspondence lists, faxes, photocopies of letters, printed e-mails, excerpts from a magazine, newspaper clippings, a receipt, two calendars, earning reports, newsletters, a real estate advertisement, and drawings from Betty Krawczyk time in prison. Local, national, and international incoming and outgoing correspondence is included in this series. Some of the correspondence and its accompanying materials were received from Krawczyk’s family members and friends, while others are from strangers who read about her experiences in newspapers throughout the world. Some correspondence also includes proof samples of Krawczyk’s publications.
