Fonds consists of Gill's personal and professional correspondence, photographs, university notes and assignments, theses, drafts of poems and other writing, published works, and work records.

Fonds consists of correspondence, manuscripts, original art, music, ephemera, books, zines, layouts, grant applications and reports, financial records, academic and teaching papers, T-shirts, notebooks and Wershler-Henry's MA and PhD theses. Records are in digital and analogue formats.

Series consists of material related to Rimmer’s design and production of typefaces for both the Rimmer Type Foundry and the Lanston Type Company. Records include preliminary sketches, drawings in ink and pencil, transparencies, samples, digital print-outs, electronic files, master patterns, specimen castings, matrices, lead working patterns, and cast metal sorts. Some files contain notes and instructions for modification, and some include explanatory comments written by Rimmer. Electronic files were created by Rimmer on a Macintosh computer using the typeface design software IKARUS and saved to 3.5" floppy disks and compact discs.

Fonds consists of records generated from Al Neil's work as a musician, artist and writer, as well as his personal and family records. These include family photographs, records from Neil's military service, correspondence, documentation of performances, art exhibitions and collages, clippings of interviews and reviews, original manuscripts and drafts, published writings, grant applications, posters, and material related to his and Carole Itter's cabin at Dollarton, North Vancouver, BC.

Fonds has been arranged into the following eight series: Correspondence (1959–2010); Writings (1968–1996); Professional records (1936-2009); Reviews and clippings (1958–2009); Personal records (1940–1994); Photographs ([185-]–[200-]); Videos (1978–2005), and Sound recordings (1976–1987).

Records consist of videotaped poetry performances and textual records relating to the annual Visible Verse videopoem festival held at Pacific Cinematheque in Vancouver, B.C.

Series consists of numerous prints and illustrations created by Rimmer as art pieces, as well as linocut blocks, woodcut blocks and stencils created by Rimmer to produce prints. Fonds also contains Scott McIntyre's records from his work with the Canadian Pacific Publishing Society, and books published by Douglas & McIntyre, including the imprints Greystone Books, Groundwood Books, and Western Producer Prairie Books.

Fonds consists of photographs, diaries and journals documenting Koerner's artworks and travels to Japan, and one drawing.
