The fonds consists of photographs (8 x10) and contact prints of writers reading at the Itatlian Cultural Centre in East Vancouver in the Warren Tallman-organized reading series Writing In Our Time (1979).

The fonds of the Women's Monument Project consists of records created and received in the course of carrying out the Project. Activities documented include Committee and sub-committee meetings, fundraising events, groundbreaking and unveiling ceremonies, site selection, dedication, language selection, design selection, construction, and gallery exhibits.

The fonds consists of research material acquired by Peter Poole in the course of preparing his thesis and an earlier essay on the solidarity movement. The fonds includes taped interviews of trade union leaders, solidarity movement leaders, community activists, and legal counsel. Twenty-six of the interviews are transcribed. The fonds also includes newspapers and newsclippings, essays, publications, flyers, research notes, ephemera, a chronology of the solidarity movement, and a copy of Peter Poole's thesis.

The collection consists of items related to Robertson's writing, editing, and teaching activities, and includes correspondence, manuscripts, photographs, notebooks, teaching materials, clippings, video and audio tapes, ephemera, and a range of publications, some of which Robertson worked on as an editor, and others to which she contributed her own work. The collection also includes manuscripts produced by several of Robertson's friends and colleagues and original artwork used for covers and interior graphics of various publications.

The fonds reflects Bök’s participation in the Canadian poetry scene as well as his teaching work. Records include correspondence with numerous other writers, teaching associates, fans, gallery owners, and conference organizers, as well as manuscript drafts, reviews of Bök’s work, ephemera from festivals and exhibitions, other writers’ works, and gifts and souvenirs. The fonds also includes Bök’s work laptop and its contents, which include textual records, photographs, audio, and video files of exhibits, performances, and travel.
