Also included is correspondence with friends, publishers, and colleagues, translated editions of many of his books, and promotional materials such as posters and brochures for many conferences, festivals, and other events Bringhurst participated in. The fonds also contains some personal records, including birth, marriage, and death certificates from his immediate family. Fonds consist of records created and received by Will Koop as founder and director of the B.C. Tap Water Alliance. These include Community Watersheds Task Force meeting files; forest hydrology research records; land use plans, legal records from Joseph Miller et. al. vs. Wright Mallery; results of Freedom of Information requests; and newspaper clippings. The fonds also contains files relating to Chapman Creek, and the Bull Run, Seattle City, Rossland City, Chapman Creek and Elk Creeks watersheds.

Fonds consists of records made or received by Michael Fellman's in the course of activities relating to his teaching activity, research, scholarship, journalism, as well as his family and personal relationships. Records include correspondence, photographs, research notes, working papers, and teaching materials; offprints, lectures, and copies of newspaper articles authored by Fellman; and draft manuscripts of Fellman's published books, as well as two unpublished book projects – a study of "individuals fallen from respectability" in Victoria England (Uneminent Victorians), and a novel of the US Civil War (Dirty Civil War).

Activities, topics, and events documented include community activism for human rights and social justice of minorities and underrepresented groups; academic conference attendance and presentations; Sharma's research, writing, photography, and publications; his social life and relationships; and his death and memorial.

Fonds consists of records made or received by Dave Smith in his activities as publisher and editor of What's Brewing Magazine since 2015; and as a participant in the BC craft beer scene since the early 2000s; and as a collector of BC breweriana during this period. Records include issues of What's Brewing (BC) and correspondence and planning documents relating to the magazine; documentation on British Columbia breweries, beer festivals and events; and artefacts including posters, beer bottles, tap handles, coasters and other brewery merchandise and collectibles. Includes material relating to the activities and accomplishments of these groups in general, as well as records pertaining to environmental movements and activities at the provincial, national and international level, and a significant amount of material relating to indigenous peoples' roles in these movements. Material also documents McCrory's achievements, honours and recognition. Records include correspondence, reports, newspaper clippings, newsletters, books, journals, posters and a flag. Major subject areas covered include: Clayoquot Sound, Carmanah Valley, Stein Valley, lower Stikine, pulp mills, logging and forestry, gas industry, dams, legal disputes, campaigns to save specific areas in B.C., particularly the Slocan Valley and areas in the Kootenays, the proposed Jumbo Glacier ski resort, activities of the New Democratic Party of BC. Together these records document the history of environmental movement in British Columbia and Canada.
However, Valhalla Wilderness Society fonds contain very little material on major campaigns that VWS worked on, like watershed conflicts in the Slocan Valley. VWS decided that these materials are still essential for the ongoing business of their organization.

Ruth Emerson Wortis was a pioneer of modern dance, as well as a prolific choreographer, performer and dance educator. She was one of the founding members of the Judson Dance Group, which itself is credited for the rise of the Postmodern dance movement. This fonds follows the development of Ruth’s career through an extensive collection of performance programs, photographs, music scores, publications and reviews, choreographic materials such as dance and movement scores, and both personal and professional notes. Also seen is the effect of Ruth’s academic and teaching career on her dancing style as, over the years, she shifts slightly from the avant-garde for performance sake towards breaking down gender stereotypes in dance education by encouraging dance for movement’s sake to children and community groups.
