Personal records

Series consists of records created or accumulated by James Delgado's through his early life and his personal activities. Records relate to his years as a student, his job applications, and his personal interests and achievements. Records include correspondence (including letters, printouts of emails, and greeting cards), drafts of Delgado's resume and job applications, certificates, awards, early writings, drawings, high school assignments, photographs, and newspaper clippings. Series also includes records documenting Delgado’s appointment to the role of Executive Director of the Vancouver Maritime Museum (VMM), as well as brochures and newspaper clippings regarding the VMM and its exhibits.

Series consists of records relating to Gladys Maria Hindmarch's personal activities, and includes her employment agreement with Northland Navigation Company, records relating to the York Street Commune where she lived in the early 1970s, and biographical and bibliographical information she has compiled about herself.

This series consists of personal records of Stephan Sorokin including identity documents issues by various governments of countries where Sorokin lived in or traveled through, such like Germany, Yugoslavia, Iran, Palestine, Canada, Uruguay and Bolivia. Most of these identity documents contain portrait photographs of Sorokin. This series also includes some correspondence and other related documents.

This series consists of personal records for Judith Marcuse, mostly correspondence and records relating to her schooling, dance training, and career apart from any activities related to Judith Marcuse Dance Company. This includes her work with Bat-Dor Dance Company and Ballet Ramberts.

Materials arising from Bringhurst's personal activities include passports and numerous daybooks, dating from 2000-2013.

This series contains Bartlett’s personal documents such as passports and birth certificate, adoption papers, citizenship certificates, university degrees, financial papers, tax documents, mortgage documentation, travel and boat paperwork, and pay slips.

Personal journals

Series consists of notebooks, journals, notes and press clippings. From about 1945 to 2005 Duke made nearly daily entries in notebooks. These notebooks contain Duke’s thoughts, observations and concepts for future projects ranging from articles to screenplays, legal proceedings, housing plans and travel accounts.

Series documents Stanley’s personal life outside of his work as a poet, and includes records relating to: the death of writer James Herndon, teaching at Northwest Community College, and other personal interests and reflections.

Records in the series include: correspondence, journals, and drawings.

Series consists of letters of correspondence, postcards, greeting cards, photographs, mailing address lists, prison correspondence lists, faxes, photocopies of letters, printed e-mails, excerpts from a magazine, newspaper clippings, a receipt, two calendars, earning reports, newsletters, a real estate advertisement, and drawings from Betty Krawczyk time in prison. Local, national, and international incoming and outgoing correspondence is included in this series. Some of the correspondence and its accompanying materials were received from Krawczyk’s family members and friends, while others are from strangers who read about her experiences in newspapers throughout the world. Some correspondence also includes proof samples of Krawczyk’s publications.

Series consists of correspondence created or received by Marlatt for personal and professional purposes. The correspondence is with family, friends, and professional colleagues, as well as political authorities on a variety of issues important to Marlatt. Pat Lowther tributes and readings

This series consists of records relating to a series of tribute readings organized by Toby Brooks in honor of Pat Lowther, typically held at various bookstores on her milestone birthdays. The record types included are: correspondence, posters, promotional material, and business records relating to donations to support speaking and housing fees for various invited guests.

Paste papers

The series documents Lissel as a handmade papermaker and includes drafts of TOPOS and paste paper samples for TOPOS. The series is arranged in chronological order.

Series consists of papers and notes authored by David Macaree. Records include manuscripts, typescripts, publications, and photocopies.

Out our way

Series consists of sound recordings of interviews undertaken by Michael Riordon for Out Our Way: Gay and Lesbian Life in the Country (Between the Lines, 1996). Interviews were undertaken across Canada. Textual records consist of a copy of Riordon’s log and notes about the tapes and interviews.
