The Readings in British Columbia collection consists of poetry readings and lectures on poetry that took place and were recorded in the province of British Columbia between 1965 and 2009.

The Apiculture (beekeeping) collection is an artificial grouping of documentary materials relating to the methods, science and culture of beekeeping. The collection was established by the SFU Archives as a complement to its other holdings relating to apiculture, such as the fonds of the British Columbia Honey Producers' Association (F-147), and the papers of SFU faculty member Mark Winston (F-174).

The collection consists of publications, conference proceedings, minutes, correspondence, photographs, and moving images. Material includes government publications, correspondence and registers of provincial beekeepers in British Columbia; published research articles, presentations and reports; course outlines and course material relating to the Bee Masters program and honey judging in British Columbia; photographs of various BC beekeeping activities and personalities; copies of meeting minutes and other records of various beekeeping associations in British Columbia and Canada; moving images featuring beekeeping activities and topics; and various subject files relating to the history of beekeeping in BC.

Fonds consists of records created, received, and collected by the Simon Fraser Student Society and its affiliated groups on campus in the course of administration of student government and business. These include family photographs, records from Neil's military service, correspondence, documentation of performances, art exhibitions and collages, clippings of interviews and reviews, original manuscripts and drafts, published writings, grant applications, posters, and material related to his and Carole Itter's cabin at Dollarton, North Vancouver, BC.

Records consist of videotaped poetry performances and textual records relating to the annual Visible Verse videopoem festival held at Pacific Cinematheque in Vancouver, B.C.

Activities, topics, and events documented include community activism for human rights and social justice of minorities and underrepresented groups; academic conference attendance and presentations; Sharma's research, writing, photography, and publications; his social life and relationships; and his death and memorial.

The fonds of the Office of Chancellor consists of records created and received in the course of carrying out the functions of the Chancellor. The activities documented include correspondence on various subjects; participation in university committees and other bodies including the Board of Governors and Senate; and liaison with external bodies, including professional associations and other universities. The types of documents include meeting agenda and minutes, brochures, correspondence, memoranda, publications, reports, and transcripts.

The material mainly covers the tenure of the first four Chancellors of SFU, up to 1985. There is a single post-1985 item, a photograph book in series 5 relating to Brandt C. Louie, Chancellor from 2006-2011.

Fonds consists of files related to the publication of Dandelion Magazine, including invoices, cheque requisitions, bank statements, board bylaws, corporate registration information, subscriptions, advertising campaigns, minutes, promotional materials, grants, and correspondence. Fonds also consists of copies of Dandelion and Blue Buffalo magazines, and chapbooks published by the Dandelion Magazine Society.

The fonds consists of textual records and other media created by Harry and Valerie Jerome, which reflect the various facets of Harry Jerome’s life, including academics, athletics, and community/national sports initiatives. While most of the records reflect Harry’s life, the fonds also includes records that pertain to Valerie Jerome’s life, namely her athletic and political career. In addition, a biographical manuscript, which is Valerie Jerome’s written iteration of the story of the Jerome family and Harry’s life, is included in the fonds. The fonds also includes records that were created by the Harry Jerome Commemorative Society and the Black Business and Professional Association’s Harry Jerome Awards. Additionally, the newspaper clipping series includes a file featuring Valerie Jerome’s son and Harry Jerome’s nephew, Stuart Parker, and his political endeavors with the British Columbia Green Party. In order to respect the multiple creators and the overall nature of the records, the fonds has been arranged into the following six series: Harry Jerome records; the Valerie Jerome records; Harry Jerome Award programs; the Harry Jerome Commemorative Society records; newspaper clippings; and photographs.

Fonds consists of research and moving image records generated and used in the production of the documentary REED: the life and works of Roy Kiyooka, produced and directed by Fumiko Kiyooka.

The collection consists of records associated to the Occupy Vancouver movement covering the years 2011 and 2012. It comprises records related to Occupy Vancouver Committees (General Assembly, Volunteer Coordinating Committee, Info Tent), photographs of activists and objects (teddy bear, pins, flags). The collection includes records associated with the court case between the City of Vancouver and Sean O’Flynn-Magee, Jane Doe, John Doe and other unknown persons. Fonds consists of records made or received by Michael Fellman's in the course of activities relating to his teaching activity, research, scholarship, journalism, as well as his family and personal relationships. Records include correspondence, photographs, research notes, working papers, and teaching materials; offprints, lectures, and copies of newspaper articles authored by Fellman; and draft manuscripts of Fellman's published books, as well as two unpublished book projects – a study of "individuals fallen from respectability" in Victoria England (Uneminent Victorians), and a novel of the US Civil War (Dirty Civil War).
