This series consists of the Eli A. Popoff’s personal correspondence and his correspondence as a representative of the USCC which overlap on many occasions. These documents include correspondence with prominent Doukhobors, supporters of the Doukhobor cause in various countries, people interested in Doukhobor history and various organizations and departments of the Federal or Provincial governments. The correspondence is often accompanied by various materials, including writings, brochures, ephemera, promotional material, and clippings.

Originally known as the Victoria Microbrewery Festival, Evans was involved in organizing the event in its early years. Files include documentation for a bottle exhibit of historic BC brands in 1994, the festival budget for 1995, and text of a public talk he gave in 1996. The program booklet for 1994 includes his piece, "Brewing began in Victoria."

Series also includes records documenting Delgado’s appointment to the role of Executive Director of the Vancouver Maritime Museum (VMM), as well as brochures and newspaper clippings regarding the VMM and its exhibits.

Series consists of records relating to the various residencies and related programs that Wah has participated in during his career. These residencies have primarily been writer-in-residence programs at various academic and non-academic institutions, the most notable of which being his tenure as the Canadian Parliamentary Poet Laureate from 2011-2013. Records include correspondence, promotional materials, and administrative records.

This series is comprised of any records relevant to LaPierre’s career in broadcasting. It includes various teleplays and scripts, awards, correspondence and memorabilia.

Series consists of correspondence, both letters and electronic mail (printed out) of Braid's vast and wide-ranging volume of communication with colleagues, publishers, editors, fellow writers, friends, family, and lovers. Series is arranged in 3 subseries: Business correspondence, Correspondence with writers, and Personal correspondence. After 2006 the Personal correspondence subseries also contains correspondence with writers.

The Capilano Review (TCR) was founded in 1971 by Pierre Coupey at Capilano College in North Vancouver. Its first issue appeared in 1972. The series consists of records generated from the publishing activities of The Capilano Review when Coupey was the founding editor from 1971-1976; editor 1989-1991; assistant editor 1987-1989, 2002, to committee member and now as a Board member. TCR provides a forum for experimental contemporary writings and poetry from notable writers and poets along with publishing artworks by artists from Canada, the US and other countries. Along with publishing the magazine, TCR also conducts interviews and hosts workshops, talks and panel discussions. In 2015, TCR parted from Capilano University to become an independent literary, art and poetry magazine. The series documents Lissel as a handmade paper artist, which includes various handmade papers that he has experimented on. He did experiments on different materials, such as cotton, flax, and linen—most of which are defined on the individual paper. Paper samples include kozo and gampi and other samples. The series is arranged in chronological order.
